Our Environmental Performance
At Bidvest Noonan, we are embedding sustainability into every facet of our business and working with clients to maximise our environmental performance and protect the planet.
We are working hard with our colleagues and supply chain partners to reduce our impact on the environment, from removing single-use plastics and minimising the waste we generate to embracing technological change.
Our Journey to Net Zero
In 2023, Bidvest Noonan completed its first comprehensive carbon footprint assessment, establishing a new baseline for future emissions reductions. Our near-term target is to reduce emissions by 42% by 2030 and to achieve net zero emissions by 2045. These targets have been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and are aligned with the goal of limiting global warming to 1.5°C, demonstrating our commitment to disruptive innovations & sustainable solutions.
This carbon reduction plan, developed in accordance with PPN 06/21, details our current carbon reduction projects and strategies to meet these targets.

We invest in the best equipment and technologies the industry has to offer. For us, that means using the latest technologies in order to reduce our use of energy, water, chemicals, and plastics.
Supporting our Communities
At Bidvest Noonan, we believe in diversity, supporting our local communities, and ethical practices. We proudly support charities and social projects which make a real difference in our local communities.
We give back to our communities through charity work, community engagement, developing positive recruitment strategies, and much more.
Sunrise, our ESG Programme
At Bidvest Noonan, we strive to be an exemplary corporate citizen and to lead by example. That’s why in 2021, we launched Sunrise, our ESG program. Sunrise operates under four workstreams:
