Bidvest Noonan has appointed Marielle Howitt as Director of Operations, leading service delivery across its Education and Public Sector portfolio in the UK.

Howitt brings more than 15 years of senior leadership experience gained across complex, highly regulated and technology-enabled organisations. She has held operational leadership roles with responsibility for large teams, major transformation programmes and the design of high-performing operating models.
She has a strong record of improving service performance, strengthening governance and delivering sustainable growth. Her experience spans enterprise technology implementations, business integrations and large-scale organisational change, always with a clear focus on customers and operational outcomes.
Recognised for pairing commercial discipline with a people-first leadership style, Howitt builds resilient teams and creates working environments defined by accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
