Mohammed was recently honoured with our Purpose Award for his extraordinary courage and compassion.
One morning, he saw a woman fall from a wall into the River Lee. The water was cold and the current strong, but Mohammed acted without hesitation. He jumped in, swam to her, held her head above the surface, and kept her calm until help arrived. Thanks to his bravery, she was brought safely to shore.
He is a hero, yet remains incredibly humble and modest about his actions.
